Soy Mono "Words" Wins Gold
Friday night, was a big night for a little studio, MTV3's won gold in the Bicultural category at the Advertising Age Hispanic Creative Advertising Awards for the animated campaign, Soy Mono "Words".
This campaign was launched last September to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, and with its mix of self deprecating humor and social commentary, became an instant hit online, where it was the #1 non-music clip during several months. The spots were written and produced by Celines and myself. The characters of Cheli and Pinchez are from the Soy Mono comedy show that designed and created, and hopefully you will seen soon in a series.
